Talisker Whisky Experiential
Whisky brand, Talisker, have been experimenting with Experiential Marketing.
Their latest stunt claims to be the “world’s first interactive and controllable storm” and it’s been created to celebrate the launch of their boldest whisky to date, Talisker Storm.


What happened? Firstly, a 25ft storm installation was placed outside the Design Museum in London. Participants – around 200 - were then asked to stand underneath the well designed set and decide which intensity of the rain, wind, lightning, thunder and fog they would like to experience.
Former weatherman, Michael Fish, was enlisted to promote the event which was designed to replicate the furious weather of the Isle of Sky; the home of the whiskey's distillery.
The Classic Malts of Scotland is a selection of six single malt whiskies. Talisker is part of this family and has a distillery on the Isle of Skye.
The famous whiskey brand described Talisker Storm as being “an exuberant new expression of TALISKER: more intense and smoky, with enhanced and vibrant maritime notes, smoothly balanced by TALISKER’S signature hot sweetness.”
