Linden Homes go Kommando for Commuter Engagement

Home | Blog | Linden Homes go Kommando for Commuter Engagement

Kommando recently completed an ambient marketing campaign for Linden Homes, creating buzz around their new Mosaic development in St Albans and promoting the easy commute Mosaic offers.

Teams of ‘undercover’ Kommando actors joined commuters on the St Albans – London Bridge morning train and could be spotted around London Bridge train station throughout the day. They then joined the commuters again on the London Bridge – St Albans evening train home.

Wearing branded morph suits, the actors were instructed to create mystery and generate interest through not interacting with the public and only engaging in scripted conversations with each other.

The campaign was linked with an online competition and commuters were encouraged to follow ‘The Mosaic Man’ on Facebook for the chance of winning an iPad.
